This process is designed to be collaborative every step of the way:

1. You fill out the form, and I get back to you asap! This should take a few business days, at most.

2. We will discuss your ideas via email and/or a call. You may provide me with reference photos, if you have any.

3. I'll email you an invoice for a 50% deposit.

4. After I receive your deposit, I’ll start working on a sketch, which I will share with you for feedback and approval.

4. After incorporating your feedback and getting your approval on the final sketch, I will start the painting. Depending on the size and timeline, I may send you progress photos as the painting progresses. This is more common for larger pieces that take longer to complete.

5. When the painting is finished, I will send you photos to review and provide feedback.

5. Once I’ve incorporated any of your feedback, the final 50% payment is made, and the painting is dry, (about 2-3 weeks after completion) I will pack your painting and ship it out to you.

I can provide more detailed timeline estimates once I receive your form and we have a chance to discuss your ideas. The timeline depends on my availability and the size of the painting. Smaller pieces can often be finished within a few weeks.

Landscape paintings are my specialty, although I may occasionally accept other projects.

I love painting places that are special to you, whether it’s a landscape you love, or somewhere that holds meaningful memories. Maybe it’s an old family farm, a scene from your childhood hometown, the hike where you went on a first date, the place you got engaged, or a favorite vacation spot.

If you have photos to share, that would be helpful, but I may be able to track down photos from other sources. Let’s discuss!
